It's almost 2am and I'm still not sleep. I keep thinking in my head that work is tomorrow and how tired I will be but yet I'm still up. This blog thing has been in my head for a while so why tonight? Maybe I am anxious about the day ahead, it will be my first day of group training. Is that really the reason I'm up?? Anyhow, I wanted and maybe needed to do this blog before my weight loss journey. So much for my exciting first post. On my way to bed thinking about what I am going to wear..
